I didn’t get anything that’s the problem. Every time I go here there’s an issue. Either they are only taking cash or card, or they are not taking orders at all. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to get breakfast as if they don’t open later than most breakfast places as it is, but no one is ever working. Taco bell needs to do better or better yet, I do.

Arrived at TB and the wait in the drive thru was about 15 mins… I get to the window and after receiving my food I check to see it’s correct. It wasn’t. Everything was wrong. Literally. I try to give the food back they wouldn’t take it. They bring out the remade food, it’s wrong again. So atp I’m frustrated because the rest of my food is 20 mins cold atp. I asked the sassy guy manager with the false nails and curly hair, to remake my whole order due to wait time. He proceeded to say “I’m not doing allat” “give her a refund” “it’s not my fault your food is cold” sir obviously it is because you’re illiterate. Mind you all 3 employees were eating and chewing in my face. Also the guy who made the food look like he had the same gloves on the whole shift. I go to TB way too often to experience this type of treatment. All in All I left with about 4 bags of wasted food bc they kept making my order wrong.

Waited 45 minutes in a drive-through when there were only 5 cars ahead of me. Got to the speaker and was told that there were 11 other mobile orders for doordash and whatnot which were ahead of me despite both me being in the front of the drive-through line and me putting in my mobile order (placed through the taco bell app) 45 minutes beforehand.

This is unacceptable, y’all. Not only did they remove an item from my order without telling me that they were out of an ingredient, but this is the burrito they gave me to replace the original missing item. I wanted a spicy potato soft taco, but instead of simply saying “I’m sorry but we don’t have any potatoes up/we’reout of potatoes, would you like something else,” she didn’t even ask me if I wanted a separate item once I’d pulled up to the window to pay. I had to ask her, and all the while, the lady in the drive thru was ignoring my questions. She neglected to give me the sauce I’d requested when I’d ordered and I had to speak up three times to get her attention after she rudely handed me my bag. I understand that times are weird and that fast food is an incredibly grueling job, but come on, y’all. It’s the service industry; one could at least acknowledge when I’m wishing them a good night before pulling off. I’m sure this isn’t how Taco Bell HQ wants any of their employees acting.

Drive through window/ box guy put correct order on screen when asked for a number 2 with no lettuce and a root beer. Then when at the window the receipt changed and I get home and I have lettuce on my tacos. I don’t know if this was a spite move or an accident but I know he read back to me no lettuce and I saw it on the screen. I called the store twice and no answer both times. By the way you can hear operations somehow in the background as you call. So the feeling like you are being ignored is right there to keep you company while your moneys gone.

I ordered and paid for food at 9:25AM, but the restaurant is only open from 10AM and no one gave me my food! I have to go to work and I don’t have time to wait half an hour for food, so I didn’t pick up my order and I’m very angry about the situation!
