The worst customer service every time I came here and the food is always low quality, new employees are a must. This order was the last straw, ordered a nachos bell grande and basically got all chips ♂️

Just save yourself the disappointment and keep driving. Filthy restaurant, the food was hands down the worst taco bell I have experienced. Stale taco shells, soggy lettuce that leaked onto everything. I ordered taco supremes which are supposed to have sour cream, they didn’t and I asked for some at the counter and was told they didn’t have any. Why not tell me that when I ordered? Did not attempt to make it right in any way. It was apparent that the staff didn’t want to be there. Gross all around.

Got my order wrong. Bean and cheese burrito taste like it had barbecue sauce on it. Also had four other co workers and all there orders where messed up. Would never recommend anyone to go there.

The a/c was out. There was no Taco Bell food at all, only KFC, but they didn’t tell us that until we spent some time picking out what we wanted from Taco Bell. Had to settle for KFC, which I don’t normally eat. I was sorry for the workers burning up in the heat in the high 90s.

This place is a ripoff. Refuse to give you a receipt then proceed to serve you food that is missing ingredients and tortillas that are almost empty. It’s just the same thing as stealing, I only got half the food I ordered and they could care less. Bottom feeder people working at this place

Thus was the Taco Bell/KFC. They were out of pot pies so had the chicken fingers. They were not too good. The mashed potatoes were tasty and th coleslaw good but a little too sweet.

I really didn’t want to believe the reviews but man that’s a bad taco bell. There’s a boot print on the glass by the drive-thru window which is almost hilarious but it’s gross, and look at the state of this Bean burrito. Like the easiest item on the menu. Wasn’t even warm. There was one vehicle in line ahead of me, it wouldn’t have taken much effort to not make this sad little burrito.

Dine in isn’t open at 7:30pm. Walked to drive thru to order was told needed to be in a vehicle. I’m a truck driver staying in a motel near by. I told drive thru employee my semi wouldn’t fit in drive thru. Needless to say I wasn’t allowed to oder Taco Bell/KFC. Another employee said their lobby hasn’t been open since Covid19 in 2020.

Incredibly, unprofessional. I came to this location two times to give them the benefit of the doubt. The first time I came to the menu no one addressed me and answered so my order was not taken. The second time the speaker was out , I drove to the window. No one came to the window. I sat each time for at least 5 minutes . Do better , please and thank you.

Yum!!! I ordered a no meat no cheese taco and I ended up going through the drive thru a second time. It was soo good. Everything was fresh… Danaisha and Marcus made my experience even more pleasurable with their southern hospitality, kindness, and love. Happy Birthday Jesus!!!
