Horrible service, very rude staff, messed up my entire order when i tried to call they hung up the line multiple times so I brought it straight to corporate this is completely unacceptable spend your money anywhere else and save yourself the time, money and frustration

Every time when I order veg Chile verde fries, they give me steak Chile verde fries, and I mentioned very specifically that I am a vegetarian, they don’t respect people’s cultures and traditions, it’s very sad to say I really hate Taco Bell now, please respect customers.

I actually can’t rate the food because I’ve tried to go 2 times both yesterday June 27th at 12:30am (1am closing) and today June 28th at 9:50pm, to which they responded they were closed both times. Today for cleaning, yesterday for who knows what. It would be nice to have updated times on google.

I used to work here and know how the screens work along with how taking orders work, every time I have ordered something it comes with the item I didn’t want added. Ex: potato taco no chipotle, came with extra chipotle, veggie Mexican pizza, came with meat. These people aren’t bad people or bad workers at that. Maybe management needs a deeper look.

Back up and pull forward tactics to make the store seem more productive and time efficient. I didn’t back up and pull forward, the girl laughed, slammed the window shut then basically threw my food into my car. Food was thrown together drink was all ice as if I personally offended everyone in the kitchen. Drive thru is very narrow and difficult to back up in probably due to the fact that it is intended to drive thru not back up in. this location!

Took 10 minutes to get my order in the Drive-Thru and there was nobody in front of me. By the time I got my order there was a long line behind me. But the girl who took my order was very nice.

Horrible. They take forever to take an order – 15 minutes just to place an order. 30 minutes .. for 3 soft tacos. Then they make you BACK UP behind the yellow pole so the timer doesn’t show how slow they are going. Customer service is awful, no smile, no nothing. Missing half the menu. Don’t go here.

Pulled up. Sat and waited while cars were there with cars online before the bourse said closed by 15 minutes. They told us they were closed. This location has always been terrible. Do not recommend. The staff is terrible.
