Jeez Louise, I came to get some food through the drive through, ordered something with a large sweet tea. Was given a large unsweet tea. I tried to catch the girl’s attention, but got the window shut in my face. Then when she finally turned around to give me my food, I told her the tea was unsweet. They went an got another one with no ice and it was also unsweet. I told them this one was unsweet as well and the response I got was “What you want us to do about it? We got some packets of sugar” I told them, “Hell, just give me something else” and they popped off about not having many options because they had no CO². Has to be the worst service I’ve ever gotten. All they had to do was be nice about it, not catch attitudes. Never will return here not even to save my life.

We stopped in Scott coming back from South Padre Island and got our food to go and it was cold as Ice . We were very disappointed that we had to eat cold food that should have been hot or at least warm . The manager was fussing with the staff about not having it together. Next time we will stop elsewhere to eat . not to mention that it was freezing cold in the place.

This afternoon I had the same experience, probably with the same people, very rude, made me feel uncomfortable to ask questions, extremely bad attitude, snickering with one another as they gave me my food..I read these reviews and I cant help but wonder if Corporate is OK with this business being ran this way, and NO wonder locals don’t frequent this poorly ran business…. I’m with the last person in saying if they feel free to be rude to me in our face, what is being done to our food behind our backs?….They have an added screen to protect them from the customer’s, but we need to be protected from them… they ARE like time bombs waiting to EXPLODE, just HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!!!!! I went in around 4 on Father’s day as well…

5.30.23 So, I walk in the store, and before I could ask for my order, the manager demands to know how I got in the store. I state “by walking thru the doorway after opening the door”. This woman practically goes nuts and makes an issue out of how I was able to walk thru a door. She was very mystified as how I was magically able to accomplish the task of entering a doorway, more than the fact that was a customer. I find this very rude. Is this taco bell procedure these days?

Drive through lady literally yelled at me through the system. I couldn’t hear her and she yelled ” PULL TO THE FRONT OH MY GOD”. There’s a first for everything I guess. Don’t go here people

Closed the lobby 20 mins early. Ive never had anyone meet me at the door at 940 and the sign says 10. Didnt talk to me just pointed for me to go away. Super rude then they are out of anything soft taco. This sote isnt what i remember and to be pointed at like i was a dog. Hmmm ok big order hitting the drive thru. I refused to pull forward so they can reset the timer. They need to refresh the customer service part of their job.

It’s 4:08 (Father’s Day), while ordering my order through drive thru , another female (Supervisor ) decided to continue taking my order, and she treated me like I was holding up traffic or me and the last girl had problems, their was no car behind me and when they gave me my food it wasn’t in a bag, infact my order was falling all over my car, when I asked her for a bag the cashier replied. aww Aww….like I was bugging her for decent services….. Both ladies were very hostile in their demeanor, I don’t understand because nothing was ever misunderstood while ordering, nor nothing bad was ever said to them……I just wanted Tacos on Father’s Day…..How can I trust my food to people who treats me like this while I’m looking and for no reason?

Ordered tonight through the app and arrived when it said it was ready, no idea if that was true because we didn’t recieve it until 30 minutes after being in the restaurant. Forgot parts of my order and had burnt potatoes on my taco. Multiple people were coming in with things missing so check your bags!

I don’t normally write bad reviews but I’m really upset about how I was talked to here. Customer service is trash and being snapped at for trying to order food is unacceptable. Will not be returning, not that anyone at this location cares.
