Female employee in drive thru was incredibly rude. We pulled up to the window to pay and I let her know I forgot to mention we also had a mobile order but we were fine pulling up and waiting. She told me well yeah you’re going to have to. When I asked where to pull up to she ignored me and then started complaining to her coworkers about us with the window open so we could hear it. If you’re looking for taco bell in Hammond I recommend driving to one of the other locations

There’s no option for a printed receipt unless I give my email or phone number at the kiosk. So no receipt. That being said, the kids who work there are very helpful and friendly to an older person like me. Food was typical of every taco bell.

We pulled up at 1:51am, they close at 3 am. The lights were on, we go through the drive through and talk and nothing. I drive past and here are two workers ignoring me in the kitchen. So embarrassing

Drive through employees were rude due to my employment/ company vehicle. They made pull forward and wait 27 minutes for 1 steak quesadilla! All other patrons if the Drive through were waiting no more than 1 to 2 minutes after paying at the window. I even dismounted my vehicle and asked 4 cars if they ordered a steak quesadilla, and 2 said yes! When my food arrived from an extremely disrespectful young lady via the side door to the establishment, I was greeted with a smirk followed by “I think you’re really gonna enjoy your meal. We took extra special care of it for you. ” ! I would not advise ANY public servants to attempt to eat there for suspicions of tampering. [ NOT AN ACCUSATION, BUT A STRONG STATEMENT]

Ladies at the drive through were very nice, big smiles, helpful. Just having such nice smiles makes a big difference. I don’t typically drive to this Taco Bell but I will from now on….even with a TB closer to my home than this one. 4/5 stars
