This Taco Bell Location is OK . It can use some improvement on how they serve People’s/Customer’s food out. I prefer and want Fresh, Hot, and Soft Tacos inside and out. The Taco Shells, which I ordered Chulupas were very hard, and my Meat was cold as well. This Taco Bell can use some improvement with this and Being more Curteous and Polite to Customers. But, overall this location is ok, they just need improvement with serving Fresh, hot Tacos .

I don’t know what is going on recently, but Taco Bell before the pandemic used to be the last bastion of decent drive thru food service in Donaldsonville. Now, if you’re lucky, they won’t be out of a major food item, or understaffed, or some other random failure of business management that causes you to not be able to get your food.

This store location looks like a brand new facility within the year built and is easy to get to from the Rain Road the only thing is that I feel the staff there is lacking in motivation to get people through the drive-thru anyway she perform as quickly as possible.
