Late night stop at Taco Bell for something quick to eat. I ordered through the mobile app and picked up through the drive thru. The mobile app was simple & easy to navigate. The cashier at the window was very pleasant, my food was hot and exactly how I ordered it. I went home satisfied.

The man working both the counter and the drive thru rocked it. He certainly was working very efficiently. I believe he was also bagging the food. He deserves a raise, and should be complimented.

Hi! I’ve visited too many fast food restaurants during 1 year and 3 months living in New Orleans, only 2 employees were friendly, professional and demonstrating empathy especially for me that I’m not a native of North America but today I’m adding someone else to the list and his name is Craig. This amazing and excellent employee provided me an outstanding and wonderful customer service while I made my order. In the drive thru window he also showed kindness, joy and a nice smile! OMG businesses need more people like him. What a great human being! Keep up the great work, you’re doing fantastic! The quality of the food was amazing so I would like to recognize the employee who is working in the kitchen, as well. See you soon and wishing all the best for each one.

This is the worst taco bell that I have ever ate at. Taco bell should be ashamed of the dried up bean burritos and broken taco shells with a teaspoon of meat and missing ingredients on the Supreme taco. If i was an owner of this franchise I would be very concerned and especially at how many bad reviews are not being addressed. Don from AZ where taco bell is actually good to eat.

The person was giving a lot of attitude even though I ordered and paid through the self service machine. Then while I was eating. I heard him telling another worker to make it look like they were closed because he didn’t want to do anything.

Literally the worst taco bell ever. Quessidilla had two bites of meat and cheese in the entire thing. Ordered a chipotle chicken wrap and got some kind of monstrosity instead

Went there for lunch. I really wanted to sit down and eat my Taco Bell. Well this turned into Taco Hell. Taco Bell has turned into the biggest joke of “fast” food places. I went in, places my order at the kiosk because they arent staffing the registers anymore. They couldn’t have been short staffed because they certainly had enough laughter and fun going on back on the line. Anyway, I waited 30 minutes and no food, then went up to ask what was going on I noticed my order was now missing from the order screen that they work off. So I just left. What a joke. I don’t understand how Cane’s and Chick Filet can still make fast food fast and good and Taco Bell can’t. I won’t be back.
