I just love this Taco Bell. It’s my favorite one in town. Everyone is so nice. The lobby was clean. And, their line cook, Jeremy; nailed our order. I especially liked their outdoor dining space. Honestly, I don’t recall seeing that feature in a Taco Bell… EVER. Obviously, I love it, hopefully you and your family will too!!!

Servicer Compton attitude when she did put cinnamon twists in bag and tried to explain the premium size of softshell tacos that I would be comped with was not but gave me more attitude, more attitude, more attitude when threw dive through. Black listing this place.

Out of MILD sauce … how in the world did that happen? If you read the other reviews this is clearly a poorly managed Taco Bell. I felt bad for the employees because they are the real victims – if the management/owner can’t figure out how not to run out of something like MILD sauce how are they at managing payroll, etc? Pretty new building – looks nice – but managed by mediocrity. Oh, I had a quesadilla a week ago with zero cheese which is the trickle-down of poor management. At the time I blamed the person who made it but now I wonder if they had enough cheese to even put the correct amount on the dish? Bad as it gets.

Ordered my food in the drive thru. Waited at the wind, for 15 minutes. Then I’m given a bag of food which is not my order. I tell the kid at the window this he then tells me there making mine now. 5 min later he gives me the correct order. Don’t think I’ll be back at this one. Two be given the wrong order and then have two wait over 15 min is just unacceptable. Btw, the drive thru was not busy when I pulled up. There was no one in front of me.

Very slow. They prioritize drive thru so be prepared to wait if you go inside. Probably better off going through the drive thru. Poor experience. 30 minute wait for 4 tacos

They never mess up your order, so thats huge for a Taco Bell, but the wait time is crazy long no matter what time you go! 3 cars in front, but still wait over 20 minutes no matter what.

I’d like to be able to rate the food but we didn’t get the chance. We stood at the counter, with one person waiting to pick up a to go order, not one of the three people working acknowledged us, waited about ten more minutes – still nothing. They obviously didn’t need or want our money tonight so we left and went elsewhere.

As a business owner myself, where do I start. DOESN’T ACCEPT DOORDASH ORDERS AFTER 11, causing angry food deliveries and that’s where you make a ton of $$. Only allows 1 order for pickup at a time. Employees don’t get paid enough to actually work fast…..maybe if you made your Dashers happy you would make more $$ to pay your employees more?? Runs out of ingredients because the owner/manager doesn’t know how to order ingredients ahead properly. No other Taco Bell is this poorly managed….the other ones might be slow and an hour wait, but at least they can properly run a franchise. Good luck!

They are constantly short supplied. They have been out of eggs in the morning on several visits. I am not even sure if I believe they are out of eggs or if they think I won’t be willing to wait the 30 minutes it takes to do a new batch either way it is pathetic to be this unreliable as fast food restaurant.
