Ordered 2 box meals in the drive through. No receipt given. When we got the boxes open at home, the Cinnamon Twists tasted awful. Did someone not rinse after washing the fryer or tray? Called at once and was only told they were made fresh daily. Asked if young man would taste one. Nothing would be done even when just left there. Would not exchange nasty ones for the allegedly fresh ones. Time before this, iced tea was old and sour.

I was at this Taco Bell on 230pm 5/18/23 and they asked me to use the kiosk and I told him it’s not my job to ring up my order. Plus the Pepsi tasted flat and the machine was out of ice. He did give me ice before hand but really, the machine was out of ice a couple months ago when I stopped in here. WTH Taco Bell!?

I ordered a bean and cheese cup. It was served to me very cold and old and crunchy beans and no melted cheese. WHY????????? What’s the point in even ordering out? I order fast food so i can enjoy it in my car. I was super hungry and we threw the food away. I wanted to take it back and complain although the group i was with said leave it and we just wont come to this one again. We also ordered the trio and it was thrown in the bag. The wrappers were open like if they were never even folded. This was around 9pm on Saturday 2/19.

Park your car. Come inside. Order on the kiosk and have a seat. I swear 90% of fast food complaints are drive-thru related. Are you all allergic to a table and chairs? Why drive home or back to work to eat cooled-down mush? Take the 10 minutes to sit down and eat it fresh. Drive-Thru and Takeout are inferior food experiences. Accept the truth of that.
