I ordered the avocado and ranch tacos. Three of them. Got home and bit into the first… it was like eating a rock. They have never been like this before and they’re the only thing I order there because they taste really good. All three were burnt.

It was really hot inside.ost of our food was prepared wrong. Sour cream, lettuce was put into tacos which was specified on our order screen. We ordered watermelon and Baja Blast frosty and got pops instead. We had to go back and forth to the counter to get missed items, or wrong items. Only 3 people working the kitchen, and an occasional 4th person. They charged me for cinnamon twists, they were out so they subbed more chips and cheese dips. The manager was extremely helpful and refunded me for the cinnamon twists. All were really struggling to keep up with drive thru and counter customers. I had to order from the kiosk which my personal opinion is nasty. Other people touching them all day…gross!

You really gotta be real low to fill my cheese cup only a quarter full if i wasnt disables id literally come back and fight you you dont disserve to work if you hate your life that much. Girl at the front tonight tried getting me to use the kiosk I don’t want to use the kiosk order I want to tell you my order and I want you to get it for me like a normal restaurant then she proceeded to make me two of the worst smallest cheesy rice and bean burritos that I’ve ever had in my life at Taco Bell- I’ll still go to Taco Bell -avoid this one through -I just want to make sure you guys know that the girl with the glasses that was working at the front tonight took it out on me by making the burrito small because I told her I didn’t want to use the kiosk and then the next guy came in she just told him to use the kiosk insinuating she couldn’t take the order. Kids.

One of 2 that are the absolute slowest locations I have ever been too, even when they aren’t busy they greet you with “sorry for the long wait”… food is not fresh most of time, lobby is normally closed, and overall this location and the next closest to me 108th & Q compete for being thr worst of the worst in Omaha.

This is by far the WORST taco bell I have ever been to. I just wanted some breakfast. The menu was on lunch at 830am. I told them i was having a hard time ordering with the menu on lunch items. The employees are rude and try to rush you ordering. You can’t understand them and they can’t understand you. They can’t get orders right. When I called to ask for the corporate number they said they didn’t have one. I asked to talk to a manager, again they said they didn’t have one. This location should either be shut down or get a whole new staff.

So torn because most of my meal was delicious and the drive-thru customer device was superb. However, I found a long gray or blue hair in my soft taco. I’m a bald Black woman so I’m certain it wasn’t mine. And I was wrapped in the taco pretty well.
