I have been in and out of my local taco bell numerous times with my friends and almost every single time I go they have nacho fries so I get them, as any normal human would. Hours stated open when we went to eat inside. My 5 year old needed to use the bathroom and the lady working shook their head and wouldn’t open the door to order or use the restroom. It was before 5pm on Sunday. We went through the drive through and the food was awful. Crunch wrap supreme with zero meat, no lettuce and no cheese. The new grilled cheese shredded beef taco was okay but the tortilla on the quesadilla was nearly burnt. Not sure what the cook thought that was, but this is not it. We went last week and it was great. Definitely no consistency.

My 3 year old niece can read directions better than everybody who works here. They managed to mess up 4 parts of my order and my food took over an hour to be made. Ridiculous, save ur temper and go to a different Taco Bell

This taco bell has literally never gotten an order right for me. They forget multiple items almost every time on top of making things incorrectly. When you call they could care less, they just tell you to call doordash. Honestly you’re better off going anywhere else for food. If they can’t count tacos in a bag, I don’t trust them to handle my food responsibly either. Don’t go here!

Totally messed up our order that only had three items. I honestly cannot see how someone could make a steak quesadilla wrong. The double steak grilled cheese burrito had beef in it instead of steak. I mean the word steak is right in the name of the burrito
