My nacho cheese looked like water my mom had no lettuce on her taco. Fries always taste old. I only had two good experience there which is sad. When I went in today they asked if I needed help twice I ordered a the kiosk because it’s easier but the fact they didn’t look at their system to see sucked. There was also a kid with autism it seemed like. He was such a sweetheart but they were so rude to him it made me so upset I work in optical and you don’t treat people differently for that very disrespectful. I will be going to a different Taco Bell for now on

Waited forever for someone to take our order then when I ordered she made an annoyed face and complained. We got the food and the hash browns looked like they were cooked yesterday and kept under the heat lamp since then. I don’t expect a lot from Taco Bell but this was awful. Very rude manager and very poor food. This Taco Bell is always terrible.

Placed and order for the Chalupa craving box listed on the menu. I was told they no longer had the item but could order all four items a la cart or place a web order. When questioned about honoring price as posted, the manager declined. Meal was fair at best and customer service poor.

This is the worst taco bell in the history of all taco bells and my bar is set pretty low. Waited over 30 minutes multiple times for orders and orders have been wrong multiple times. Only come here if you have up to an hour to spare and enjoy not getting what you order. The staff moves at a snails pace.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have been to. Multiple screw ups. My first bad experience I decided to go inside to eat, we had to order at the kiosk because no one could come to the counter. We sat down and began our long wait. We waited 10 minutes before we went up to get our drink cups then after multiple visits to the counter asking if our food was ready we finally got it 30 minutes later(I’m not even exaggerating I got a call when we sat down so I know when our long wait began). If I wanted to wait all night for food I would have sat down at el Vallarta (great establishment) and they also should be considered a fast food restaurant because it took 7 minutes to get my food during the dinner rush.

The cashier at the window was rude and tried to intimidate me and my friend from ordering because it was 2 min before closing. She has crohns disease and eats whenever her body will let her. Shame on you . You need to treat others with more respect and maybe go find a job at the end of a conveyor belt where you wont have to have human contact.

Watched as over 10 cars left the drive thru before I had my order. Over 25 minutes waiting for 1 box and a burrito. 2 burritos were smashed and destroyed in the wrap, inedible. Given wrong burrito on top of that. Don’t recommend this location as it looks like they don’t care too much. No communication was used to say they were behind or waiting for anything. ♂️ ♂️ ♂️
