More often than not, they get our order wrong. A few weeks ago I called to let them know. The manager said we could come back and they would make sure we got the correct items. Which we did. Today we went back and the manager was working at the drive thru window. He handed us our bag without saying “hi” or “here you go”. The order he handed us was incorrect. Without saying a word, he put his hand out for us to give him the bag back. Then a minute later he handed us the correct order. When we got home, the grilled cheese dipping taco didn’t have shredded beef. Instead, it had greasy taco meat. It’s almost like they just don’t care to get the food right. Unfortunately, we won’t be back any time soon. We like Taco Bell but this location can’t get the orders correct and the employees obviously hate their job. Bummer.

literally terrible. it smells like a gas station that you find in the middle of nowhere at 2am otw home from a family vacation. its a bunch of 14 year old girls that didnt know what they were doing. my crunchwrap supreme came with no meat. my chips were so salty it made my mouth bleed. do better. i almost today. im lucky to be alive.

I came thru the drive thru just after 4pm. Ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito, a large cherry freeze and a med mango freeze. I got a screwed up order. And a supervisor telling the drive thru person that the freeze only came in one size( but there were two different prices). And the ticket said I had four items in my order. NEVER use the Blair restaurant for anything except for the public restroom!!!

What I ordered was good but what my boyfriend ordered, not so much. He would not even touch his food. It was messy inside the bag and messy when he opened the wrapper. My tortilla was cracking throughout and I was getting beans and meat all over my hands 🙁

Went through the drive through around dinner time and ordered food. My quesadilla wasn’t even cut, my taco came apart in the wrapping. There is barley anything on my taco at all. I would not recommend this Taco Bell.

3 times this has happened ordering here, this time a burrito Supreme, was crushed to the point the ingredients were falling out and a complete mess, ripped in 2 seprate spots and the tortilla was hard and tasted stale. every single worker at this store needs to be retrained how to properly layer, and wrap the products they sell. Absolute shame. No care for the customer when they do this. Don’t think i will return to this store anymore. Would rather drive to Missouri Valley for taco John’s. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE to anyone.
