Worst customer service ever! Waited for almost an hour without getting my order nor a refund!
An Alpaca You Know
Gave me the complete wrong order, forgot my drink, and refused to remake it. I ordered from the limited time “Volcano” menu (I paid EXTRA for this!) which clearly displayed hard shell tacos, likely with added spice and red dye to make the item unique; I was given two soft shell tacos. I also spoke with a doordasher waiting to pick up their order, who has been waiting a half hour now and still has not received it. The staff were standoffish about this and acted like it was our fault our orders were not complete. Do not go here, and if you do, expect disappointment. The food itself is about standard for a Taco Bell, if not slightly worse.

We were treated so rudely by a nasty looking blonde girl who needed her roots done who was working the window. Her makeup was cakey, please show up presentable to work. She was also hitting her vape while talking to us and was an overall unsavory personality. Do better.

My girlfriend and I are Taco Bell super fans; we firmly recommend you not eat at this one. We haven’t had a visit that was timely OR accurate in MONTHS. The Mexican pizza also gave me food poisoning once which was not cool. The dining room is closed 90% of the time so don’t plan on eating inside. Just go to the Wendy’s next door, this Taco Bell is not worth your time or money.

Went inside the lobby on a lunch break because I thought it would be faster. I went straight there, having an hour long lunch break and spent 45 minutes of it waiting on the food while they continuously helped the drive through. I only ordered three tacos and some nacho fries they didn’t have the sauce for. The cashier was dancing around doing nothing pretty much that whole time. 5 other people were also waiting 30+ minutes for small orders. 2 ended up getting a refund and walked out.

The food okay if you can get them to make right the first, second, or third time. Don’t go if youre ever in a hurry they are slower then the second coming of christ. Their breakfast crew was made up of 3 geriatrics crackheads and what appear to be a high-school girl as the manager. who was doodling on postit notes. They gave me the wrong order in the drive through to begin with. I took it in and they remade my order. Not only did they forget 1 of the only 2 items I orders (which I had to go back a 2nd time again.) They still gave me the wrong food and i was the only one there. Half the people that were waiting in line ahead of me when I first got there drove off before getting there food after 10 minutes of setting in a drive through with zero movement.

There was hardly any meat on the food. Tables needed to be washed. Trash cans were overflowing. Workers continued to blame others when asked to make the order correct. Very disappointing when traveling long distances and looking for something to eat.

The drive thru was super slow the day we were there. The food was good. It has been a long time since I have had Taco Bell breakfast. I will go again.

Taco Bell’s Bell Breakfast Box is quite delish when they make it right, and only slightly less so when they don’t. For example if I order sour cream amd guac (which I always do because DUH, who doesn’t?!), and they don’t spread them out, but leave’m all bunched up on one side… less delish. Also the morning crew is usually on the ball at this location. Today, though I think they might have been a little sleepy yet. The sausage crunch-wrap begs for a little sump’n sump’n as soon as it’s unwrapped! My box did not contain the sauces I’d requested in my order. It also lacked anything to wipe my fingers with during and after my attack on the things it did contain down. Grrr. Melty cheese, sourcream, and guacamole etc all over my trusty drink holster. C’mon ! You’re better than this. A few days ago — 6 out of five stars! Today, a few fell for me.
