If I could give it a zero star I would we ordered and then waited over an hour then got asked if we got our food yet and we did not so we just asked for our money back and they lost the order terrible service will not be back again if I where you I wouldn’t go to it as well

Food is great and the person at the register is nice but omg the cooks never listen to the directions at least not in my experiences im a vegetarian and i just asked for no meat in a burrito with cheese and the frito chips inside but they FILLED to the max with meat, pls i understand working fast food but its not that hard to get the food right.

The service was shoddy at best. They got my order wrong charged me for an extra drink and didn’t even give me any sauce for my tacos. I would drive to coffeyville before going to Independence Taco Bell again.

The staff here are always great! Sometimes takes awhile to get your order, but that’s normally when they are pretty busy or understaffed. Overall a great place. Honestly, I refused to go to Taco Bell for quite a few years until I gave the one at this location a try, now I’m a satisfied customer and come at least once a week! I always get fresh food that tastes fantastic and have only had one mix-up in all the many times I’ve ordered. Well worth my time and money!
