When i went in there no one was working the counter..i waited about five mins to check, i almost left. Someone finally came to the counter they weren’t even busy no one else was in there except us. This was the third fast food place in a week with bad service, no one working the counter, no service bell to ring and employees aren’t very friendly. Also the tacos were so thin its ridiculous..you barely get any beat its filled with lettuce hardly any cheese, no tomatoes. I’d never seen a taco so skinny before. I don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon.

Order online and drove here just to have to wait 20 mins to get my food! Very rude staff! Order the fries and they barely put anything in the bowl and put jalapeño sauce all over my food which I did not order.

EVERY TIME we visit this location they screw something up!!! Today we tried to order coffee and were told that there was NO HOT WATER!!! WHY ARE YOU OPEN?!?! During a previous visit I actually heard an employee realize that all of my tacos were supposed to be Supreme (which is an extra charge) and STILL didn’t go back to fix the problem. Filed a complaint via email to corporate and never heard anything back. It’s always something wrong. We will be taking the extra time to visit the Seneca location because this place IS TRASH!!!!!!!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!
