This Taco bell is Very SLOW! When we arrived the guy at the order box told us that the only way we could order our food is IF we had the EXACT amount of cash for our order. We had already placed an online order and paid through the mobile app. They then told us it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. As we waited, it took 10 minutes before the first car moved out of the way, then another 10 minutes for the second car to move. Finally, by the time we got to the window, we had to wait another 5 minutes for our order that had been placed 5 minutes before we arrived.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. The drive-thru line was over an hour long. The service was not nice or helpful. I should’ve left when I had the chance. This place is always shorthanded. Do not go if you expect quick service or good food. If the store manager is reading this, you need to be fired for your lack of ambition and motivation to better your store.

Every time we go to Taco Bell, there is always a problem. I want to like it. I don’t mind Taco Bell in general. We just have a lot of problems with this location. The last time we came through there, they had a machine down, so we were only able to get pretty much, just tacos. Wasn’t a big deal, but our order was missing a few items, and they gave us someone else’s food, which was probably good for that person because the food they gave us from someone else’s was rock hard. Our food was all in one bag which was a lot of good. Instead of the regular containers they come in. So all of our tacos were smashed really badly.

If I could give a negative review I would, always having to wait at night, never wearing gloves, standing around when there are more people to have their order taken. I’ve worked in fast food businesses for 5 years. I’m not saying I know a lot but this crew at night don’t have the customer service we are looking for.

Ordered 25$ dollars worth of food online in the mobile app, and waited 45 minutes in the drive through just to get up to the speaker box to learn that they don’t have nacho fries and told us we had to cancel our order and couldn’t just swap it out with another item. Or just take it off the order. We decided to leave but the app had charged our card already. Not happy, especially without getting any food.lobby was also closed. The managers never have it open. Needs new management horribly bad.

Horrible service. Lobby is never open. They do not remove items from their app when they don’t have them, won’t replace at store when you get there and have to cancel the order and start a new one. 45minute wait in drive through with only 5 cars present. Really sad actually. This store has went so far down hill. Needs new management and staff. Overhaul this place already.

This is the 2nd time in the last week we have tried to eat at this location but were told they were only taking mobile orders or Doordarshan orders, due to being short staffed. Tonight there was not even another car anywhere to be found so it seems crazy that they wont take the order at the drive through. I would use the app only the last few times I did that with this location they were out of something I ordered on the app and would not substitute with something else only offered to cancel the order.

Horrible service!!! I opened the bag right after they handed it to me and my chips were dumped all through the bag. I asked if I could get another bag of chips since they were dumped everywhere. The trainee asked the girl training her and she came to the window and said “can I have the bag back” I handed the bag back and she snatched it very rudely. I watched her remove the spilt chips with her hands and put it back into the bag! Worst part of it all was that the very rude girl was training someone! I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years. This kind of behavior would never be allowed at any of the places I’ve worked. I’m very disappointed that this taco bell has went so down hill over the last few years.

Not very fast for fast food. Order rang in correctly we saw it on screen order we received was 4 various burritos but grilled cheese steak burritos barely had meat, had a lot of sauce chips and rice, 2 bean and cheese extra cheese beans over cooked and no cheese, grilled chickenChipotle ranch only one the was decent. Staff apologetic about wait and friendly. On way home 2 hrs away so we didn’t want to turn around to fix order
