Stopped in the drive thru and ordered food here on the way back from Kansas City. Get to the window to pay and they tell me they don’t take anything over a $20. There’s nothing stating this except a small sign on the drive thru window. If you’re not going to accept certain size bills you need to communicated way better.

I ordered the Nachos Belle Grande. They were out of tomatoes. What?! So don’t charge me as much, as you definitely would have charged me for an added ingredient. I get back to my motel room and discover the nachos were basically all broken up. Why does one even order nachos? Not for crumbs, right? It wouldn’t have been so bad if they had included a utensil to use, but no. And, of course, I wasn’t given napkins to clean off my very messy hand.

Me and my finance have ordered here multiple times. Sometimes you get lucky but the last couple of times we have came here our food has been served cold, hard taco shells served soggy, or served completely shattered, service is terrible, they get our order wrong most of the maybe once or twice gotten it right, they give us diet Baja blast instead of normal, we have been going here through the past couple of years thinking it’s changed keep giving them chances but no. Instead of getting any order right they get worse and worse every time it’s ridiculous. If they had an option for a 0 star that’s what I would give them I don’t even know how they are still open

They forgot one of my items and didn’t give me a receipt. I was too far away for it to be worth going back when I realized. I would have accepted if they refunded the missing item, but they did not pick up the phone and they have no answering machine.

I’ve never had a restaurant so stingy with their product. I ordered a crunch wrap, and it had at most a tablespoon of meat, barely any lettuce and like 5 pieces of tomato. It was 90% tortilla.

Food was amazing, nacho fries are the best, and the service was also amazing. There’s 7 of us and they accidentally forgot some parts of our order. They gladly fixed it and even gave us some free cinnamon twists for the inconvenience. 9.8/10

Their hours are either incorrect or the employees were not willing to help a customer almost 45 minutes before close. The lobby was closed when I tried to walk up around 9:15 pm and no one answered at the drive thru 3 minutes later. There were definitely still employees in the building and cars in the parking lot.
