There’s always something wrong or not right with my order. My burrito is slightly cold and they literally put half a table spoon of nacho cheese for my chips. This is my first chip going into the cup and that’s literally all that came out so I wouldn’t even call that half a table spoon, probably less!

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from a fast food breakfast burrito but this was surprisingly tasty (I had the grilled version with steak and loaded it up with extra cheese) and is something I would eat again. The hash browns were basic fast food patty, but it was hot and crisp and tasty with just enough saltiness and I devoured it on the drive home as an appetizer.

I wish I could give a zero because this location NEVER and I mean NEVER gets my order correct. In the 4 yrs I’ve lived in this area this place needs to GO. I can order 2 things in the drive thru and 100% of the time something is missing or completely wrong. The staff is usually nice. And it says they open at 8 am, that doesn’t happen either.

Late night order for family. Pintos and cheese were watery, cold, no sauce or cheese so nobody had beans with their expensive meal. Called the following day to speak with a manager. First of all, I am disabled but don’t need the beans without the meal. My daughter picked up this order for me. First manager I spoke with said she would make the beans right if I came in then. I called corporate over this and was told the beans would be replaced with another order. When my daughter went in, that same day, she was told by a manager they know nothing about this. Corporate finally sent me dated coupons which can only be used one at a time WITH yet another order each time. Good for their business I guess. Any time we go to Taco Bell (not just this one), we check for the number of items but I guess they expect you to unwrap each item to get what you ordered. This was a first on the beans. Neither the store managers nor the corporate care people act like they care how satisfied their customers are.
