Went through the drive thru… kind of a long wait but they were slammed because the Jack in the Box next door was only taking mobile orders, so a bunch of customers left that line to go to Taco Bell.

Terrible experience, went inside to get food, 3 people look at me standing waiting to be helped, no one approached to take my order, there where only taking orders from the drive thru. I ask if they where taking orders inside or drive thru only one lady signed with her finger to wait, not even speak it. I waited for a for about 3 minutes. And still no help.

My wife and I went thru the drive thru. The girl working Sunday morning May, 28th at 11:17 AM was the reason we come back to this Bell even though we have one closer to our home. She’s friendly and professional and it’s hard to find young people working like this with patience for older people.

The lobby was open the woman was working the drive thru, and told us she would not serve us until the drive thru was empty. She was very rude about it did not apologize at all. Said to use the tablet or wait. I said my item isn’t on the tablet she said we could wait then. After 10 minutes we walked out. If you aren’t going to serve customers who come into the lobby then lock the doors. Also teach your cashiers customer service. When i said she didn’t have to be rude she did not apologize just said i wasn’t being rude. You can use the tablet or wait

Ordered from the app and when I arrived my order was ready and waiting. Great food and service. Store was clean and well lit. Bathroom was also nice and clean. Staff was a bit loud and rambunctious but in a good way. They were having fun and it was full of laughter.

Staff is very friendly, and the orders are 100% right. This Taco Bell location is NOT the closest store to my residence. I refuse to do business with the one location that is a half mile from my house. These empiyees at the Merriam location put their heart into their job.

Have ended up at this Taco Bell twice now purely because the Jack-in-the-Box next door’s lobby has not been open-and with no indication until you try to open the door! I’m sure that this has led to extra business at this Taco Bell location, and they seemed quite busy when I was there recently. They were also in the middle of unloading a large delivery, which delayed my order a bit, but the young man at the register was so friendly! I believe his name was Brendan, he explained to me the slight wait time, was gracious, and so professional. Would come back to this location if I could time being there when he is working! 🙂 thank you!!

I miss a lot of items that Taco Bell used to have on their menu, like the Beef Meximelt, Double Decker Taco, or the Chili Cheese Burrito. However, if you order on the kiosk at this location, the Chili Cheese Burrito IS an option! Was glad to see it there.
