This Taco Bell was very nice. To be honest, I didn’t even know that it was there until I did a Google search. The service was great, the employees were in good moods (in fact, the woman running the drive through even chose between the number 5 meal and number 9 meal for me – She chose 9).

The drive through was somewhat slow but by far no where near bad. I’m going 5 stars because the girl at the window gave us free coupons due to our wait. I mean who gets good service at a fast food restaurant? Management has obviously trained and empowered their staff to actually care about the customer experience. I wish I would have gotten the girl’s name to properly give her a shout out.

3.3 starts? No, this place deserves more than 5 stars. I eat here before work every time I get the chance. The food and service is amazing, especially this one nice cashier Karen. She gives good service and is a very hard worker. I love to come here before work and enjoy their food. I highly recommend this place.

This is honestly the best Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. They’ve been great for 3 years. All the sudden things changed. There’s a woman there who is very abrasive. There’s a guy there too who isn’t as abrasive but close. It’s like the service part went out of the window. At the speaker I’m told ORDER WHEN YOUR READY lol. I’m like what no hello or welcome to Taco Bell? I thought maybe a bad day but nope. They are like that everytime. I don’t expect sunshine and roses but at least be polite and acknowledge your customers. So 3 stars due to the service part.

It was hot inside when we went but the food was really good. It seems around lunch time they want you to use the monitors to check out with food, but there are more than enough people to take your actual order.
