I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 soft supreme taco meal with a Baja blast and chips and cheese. Made it all the way home to see that they didn’t give me the chips and cheese. This has happened 3 times at this location. For $2.19, I’m gonna go back and get my stuff. I waited inside at the counter for 10 minutes, the only one inside. While the guys just chatted about nothing and hid from the counter. I finally yelled back if anyone was working the counter, and someone lazily came up. These people really have to be the laziest workers on the planet, and I would never hire them myself. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL. Terrible experience every time. These are the people who want a higher minimum wage never returning to this location. As expensive as Taco Bell is, I expect to get my food right and not look like pig slop. Such a simple order. Get it together.

Chips at this location are always over cooked and sometimes you can tell they haven’t changed the oil out in a while, because there’s a bitter flavor on fried items. The lady who takes orders for lunch during the week obviously gets annoyed at subbing out ingredients or multiple orders. For that reason I won’t be picking up drive thru here anymore.

Why does taco bell try to even compete with wendys or mcds fries. Please do yourselves a favor and stick to tacos. Ive never gotten hot fries from Tbell everytime i order the nacho fries deluxe box they always always always give me cold or soggy fries. Those employees dont know how to use a fryer. Please Tbell just stick to tacos and burritos. Your nacho fries are not yo speciality; esp. when they are refrigerator cold (like I really feel like they literally took them out of the fridge and put them in my bag) thats how cold they were. Service was fast and friendly but please for the love of God dont get the nacho fries. Dont get them from any TacoBell they dont have fryers they literally nuke em and half the time they dont even do that.

Rude staff. No introduction at the window. Said no words to us during the transaction, gave dirty looks. My wife is very allergic to tomatoes and ordered without and the staff told her to just ‘pick it off’. not surprised, haven’t been to a single Taco Bell that the employees have been friendly ever.

Asked for 2 beefy melt burritos and a beefy 5 layer. Got 2 bean burritos and a burrito Supreme I think. The service at the window was rude. And I was the only person at the restaurant. I go to this one all the time, but the service has been going down since the new manager. I’ll find another one to go to.

Don’t go here at night. They got the most drunk sounding people that work the night shift and are basically unintelligible on the speaker. If this was during the day, I’d give at least 4 stars bc the workers at that time here are great. But at night, I’d recommend going to the one near Sunshine or smth.

my friends and i went here to get some food since nothing else was open at the time and as we were giving her our order the lady proceeded to rudely say that “she can hear us perfectly fine and that their speakers work fine”. we apologized and they then refused to serve us and ignored us on the speaker.

Every Taco Bell in Springfield is out of 1 thing or another when it’s time to order. The location on South Campbell has been particularly annoying recently as they’ve gone to card only in the evenings. It’s very inconvenient at times.

This is the worst Taco Bell, because of covid-19 we decided to order for Uber eats to deliver, after waiting for 2 hours we finally received our order. Our order was 70% accurate, after calling the restaurant we spoke with Chris the manager on duty, the food was prepared sloppy, it arrived cold and we were missing several items. Placing orders on the app are supposed to be helping restaurants stay safe and help people stay employed, and primarily keep my family safe, this place is an epic fail, this was the first and last time we will order from here.
