Extremely disappointed with this locations food quality. Spent $35, missing food, the extra chicken that I paid for, oh and the hot sauce that they always ask if we need but provide about 50% of the time. Glad I planned on coming home to eat because I was missing utensils for the power bowl. My chicken power bowl has a chuck of cooked black beans that look like it has sat at the bottom of the pan and dried out. This is by far the worst my food has ever looked. I am not someone to leave negative reviews BUT this location messes up my order all the time. I would rather wait for the correct order and better quality. I hope this review helps them make some positive changes. ☺️

Okay, I finally gave in and decided to try the nacho fries. I always enjoy the signs that say something is back and then you really wonder if there was that much demand for it. I don’t think there is for this item. The fries are coated with seasoning. You also get a small cup of nacho cheese. And that might even be good but in this case the fries were only lukewarm. They must have been sitting around for a while because there was absolutely no Crispness to them at all. The cheese sauce, however, was scaldingly hot. The combination was rather bland. An order of nacho chips would have been much more satisfying.

They don’t have a cashier, you have to order on a screen. This could be a good thing, if they would get the order right. But every time I go they get something wrong on my order (sometimes horribly wrong) and there is no one at the counter to return the food to or to ask them to make it right. And you can stand there and wait, but the workers in the back will not come up and help you!! They’re only concern is making the food, and they do a poor job of that. This is a terrible business model and I recommend avoiding this location, unless you are just willing to pay any amount for random food that is att least edible. (See my photo of steak quesadilla, missing the steak)

How hard is it to do your job? If you would take yourself more seriously, you might become something of yourself. Walk in and they are laughing at the bad reviews, like it was a joke. Instead you should self reflect and adjust. If you can’t do something so simple right. You’ll never accomplish anything in life.

It’s Taco Bell so the food is what it is, but the service is terrible. They forgot an whole part of my order and they were not shy of letting me know how much of an inconvenience I was being. Wendy’s is better anyway.

The automated ordering process has ensured that I will never eat there again. After several attempts to place my order, a young lady came around to assist me. She also encountered a fair amount of difficulty with the system. Only after another worker assisted us were we able to get the order completed. The order was correct, but the process was not worth the effort and time.

Why am I paying for food that looks like this? Half our order was not there and this is what we get!! Ridiculous!

I was disappointed. No friendly face greeting us, both sides of line was open but only one side was used for drive thru and dine in orders, I’ve been thru a pop in inspection. Ur food was not made properly there for my bean burrito was all beans. On one end. Asked for extra red sauce. And there it was with what cheese was added at the end of the burrito. The tacos hardly had cheese I’m sorry but the location near Walmart doesn’t pass

They always slop your food together, barely any meat, tons of lettuce, maybe a couple diced tomatoes then blob sour cream on one end. They should distribute the ingredients evenly. If I was manager I would not stand for that quality. They rarely even get your order right! Used to be my favorite place. What’s going on? Even serving stale cinnamon twists, come on people, take some pride in your products!!!

Ordered 3 crunchy tacos and they came as supreme crunchy tacos. Would not be so bad but my brother don’t like tomatoes and sour cream on his tacos and he was so mad he was throwing the tomatoes at me.
