Stopped by just to get lava sauce while in the area. Very courteous cashier! Very clean inside. All utensils, napkins, and sauces were full so you didn’t have to ask for any like most locations. Special order was made perfect!

Went in late at night. Surprisingly it was a hearty mix of people. The vibes were actually really good here with everyone. Reminds me of a sitcom cafeteria in a way. Me and my son had some good humored conversations and enjoyed our food that we had originally ordered to go. Also the fiesta veggie burrito is amazing! I had to look up the ingredients.

Ordered through this Taco Bell location on 7/16/2023 around 10pm. Immediately after the delivery driver pulled off, I checked my food. My child and my fiance’s food made it but my Mexican Taco Pizza didn’t. Upon calling this store, I spoke to a female named unknown but she is one of the night managers at this location. Anyways I asked about the order and she stated that my pizza was sitting on their counter. I then asked her if you are a manager, why didn’t my Taco make it with the rest of my orders? She then stated that one of the cooks just took it out of the oven or heater and it’s sitting on their counter. Of course I was upset about it because this is the SECOND time this restaurant has messed up or was missing items from the bag. The first time was a delivery driver came and took our $60 order and never delivered it. Asked for a refund though Taco Bell and they refuse to refund. Talked to store manager Lisa and she advised me to reach out to Taco Bell which I did and they refuse to refund. This is VERY VERY sickening!!!!! Can’t rely on this Taco Bell to make sure all your items are in the bag for delivery………Update: I reordered the Mexican Pizza AGAIN @ 11:13pm and here it is 12:36am on 7/17/2023 and its still not here. I just don’t like this store and WILL NOT order from here EVER AGAIN!!!!! They lucky they don’t get sued!!!!

Frustrated is an understatement! Placed my order at 7:44PM and just pulled out of the drive thru at 8:40PM. There were 5 cars ahead of me. I got a coupon for a FREE taco on my next visit. I didn’t get a receipt, so I can’t prove I’m missing items from my order.

Pepsi was okay, would have been better if it wasn’t diet Pepsi since I ordered a Large Pepsi. I also had a free taco coupon from the last time my order was wrong and the taco wasn’t wrapped correctly so it fell apart as I grabbed it out of the bag. Was able to rebuild the taco just to be disappointed in the taste. Went to get napkin out of the bag but there weren’t any so I used the diet Pepsi to wash my hands and then drove to KFC to get a real Pepsi.

So I love Taco Bell like most but this is a reoccurring instance at this one. I’ve gone there multiple times to get a steak quesadilla and it’s always wrong. There no meat, or there’s no cheese, or no sauce. Half the time it’s not even cut. I don’t recommend this location if you’re wanting reasonable effort put into your food. This is what I got tonight and it wasn’t even cut.
