I would rate this higher if they had the food and the hours the app promised. Often times, the lobby is closed to being short staffed. If there is an error requiring a refund, it takes a customer service call and the promise, not a guarantee, of a 4 to 6 day wait on a refund. Corporate doesn’t address the complaints and makes me inclined to eat elsewhere.

This is a Taco Bell I once swore I’d never return to after a bad experience with workers screaming at each other in the drive through and getting no response when I found my order was incomplete after getting the food home.

Ordered through the app and when I went to pick up. Was told they were out of chicken! Was asked to cancel my order but couldn’t since the order was in process. I was on lunch, so I left and requested a refund through the app. So far, there has been no response. My food is usually late anyway, so I’m done going here.

Im a very picky eater. I add or remove multiple things from each item I order. I almost never get what I order, let alone everything I order. This Taco Bell aced it. Exactly what I wanted and everything in the bag with no wait. Whoever was working 4/9/23@ 8:30pm is a great crew.

Absolutely terrible. The place stinks inside, staff were so lazy that we finally ordered on a screen ourselves because we didn’t even get acknowledged as being there for 20min. food all over the tables and floors, pee in bathroom floors. ordered nachos with steak and got literally 3 pieces of meat. I could go on, but instead we just won’t be going back again.

Went inside and ordered (there was only one person ahead of me) I had to wait 25 minutes for my order of 3 quesadillas, 3 burritos, a LG soda, and an order of twists. Finally got my order, left because I was upset, realized I had 2 items missing from my order. After going back for those, I had to wait another 5 minutes before they even acknowledged me to get my stuff. Well not be going back to this Taco Bell. I’ll go across town instead.
