Went to Taco Bell at 1 a.m., seeing as it is the only place open. The food was burnt to hell. It tasted like the burnt part of a marshmallow. The tomatoes on the tacos were mushy and sour. The person serving our food wasn’t great. It looked like we were bothering her when we’re only car there. Took a while for the food to come out, so I believed it was coming out fresh. However, the food came out cold and burnt at the same time. I assume it must have been left out for a while, seeing as how mushy and cold all the food was. We waited about 20 minutes at least and half the time I could see our food in a bag just sitting there no customer service in site.

Waited 27 mins for my food and watched them take 4 other people orders after mine make all their food first and even mess up 2 of them and remake it for them and in the middle of all this I asked if I could get my food I was told I was gonna have to wait for them to finish everyone food that ordered after me to get mine all I ordered was 3 burritos and 1 chalupa the other orders were like $25-$35 orders than my food was tossed on the counter and she said there you go and walked off. It took me talking to 3 different people and than the nice girl in drive thru help get my order.

Food wasn’t bad, but prices have gotten ridiculous. For a soft taco, bean burrito, and small drink it was 9 bucks. I can have lunch at an actual Mexican restaurant for cheaper than that.

Experience was terrible. Waited over 45 minutes to get food. The two workers in window could maybe have apologized. Last two visits have been the same experience. We were probably only the 6th car and took 40 + minutes

I visited on Friday March 31st and while I was in the drive thru line my blood sugar dropped extremely low. I asked the lady at the window to add a small Pepsi but to please not fill it all the way I just needed a little to help my blood sugar. She did and didn’t charge me then told me to park and eat my burrito so I felt better I really wish I had gotten her name but I wasn’t thinking straight.
