I went into the lobby right at closing time. I was on foot, so I couldn’t use the drive-thru which was still open. Alina saw me, acknowledged my situation and immediately took my order and within minutes, I got my food and was on my way. This young lady went above and beyond. She treated me as if I were a friend or family member as opposed to just another customer. Alina, if you read this, just know, you are much appreciated. SOMEONE give this girl a raise! She deserves it!

There are no clerks at the front, touchscreen ordering only. The touchscreen I used needed to be touched 4 or 5 times to register my choice. When I finished my order, I was given the choice of giving them my email or phone number to get my receipt. There is no option for a printed receipt. Also, there is no menu board.

They only have kiosk ordering. No menu board is up. There was an option to pay cash however no one ever came up to front to take the cash and so order was not made and pushed back until confronted about it. There is no option to get a paper receipt. And they have a sign to recycle (as in put back) your sauce packets that are unused. The bathrooms are unisex as well. Will not be eating here again.

OMG! WOW! First of all there was absolutely no one at the counter. “Forcing” us to use self order! I “refuse” to use something that takes a job from someone. I went ahead and ordered as who I was with did and I wanted our food together. Next after I ordered I had to call for someone to ask if they would take my “cash”. Yes, she said. I ordered before who I was with. However, they got their food first. I kept waiting. Finally I was asked if I needed something and I said yes my food and also I need to pay. She took my money and only then did my order go in so I was then waiting “behind” large oders that ordered after me! Next… The 2 bathrooms are BOTH shared for both men and women!? No!! I am not about to pee in a bathroom shared with men who pee and splatter all over the seat! I mean you have 2 bathrooms so one for men and one for women… Simple!! I will NEVER stop there again!!

Food was cold. Not luke-warm, COLD. Went through drive-thru and only 2 cars in front of us, but took forever to get our food. Only positive about it all was our cashier was very polite and friendly.

They will not take you’re order. You are forced to use the kiosk to order. The one I used you had to forcefully push to get it to register. Wanted to pay with cash but was told they can on do that in drive thru. Food vam out hot and correct so that was a +. Store was clean along with the bathrooms. Also there isn’t a menu board up anymore.

I thought the customer service was great, they laughed when I made jokes, smiled and offered suggestions when I brought up things I liked. The only slight issue is when they wrap a burrito, you only get one bite of something at a time like rice in one bite, beef in one bite, lettuce in one bite, etc. Otherwise, great experience.

Love this food! It definitely upgraded the experience when the restaurant moved into a brand-new facility. Employee morale seemed to improve, as well as the quality of food served…

I mean it’s better than that Burger King 100% but still pretty bad. If you don’t like tomatoes you are going to get tomatoes on everything. Don’t expect order to be right when you get it.

Like to grab taco bell on my way to work every day but after trying to order the same thing every day, its only right about 1 in every 2-3 visits. Tired of getting to work and having my order wrong every day.
