First time we came here it was pretty good and everything was right. The last two times including today, our orders were screwed up. Today I ordered two Chalupa Supremes with no lettuce and added nacho cheese. I get home and I didn’t get any sour cream, and tomatoes, and very little meat and cheese. Keep in mind these cost $5 or $6 apiece after the nacho cheese charge. You can see the photos, it is pathetic. For being a newer Taco Bell it has already become a let down.

We decided to try the new Taco Bell location and it was great. So far so much better than the other one. So I think we will stick to this one the next time we decide to go. We didn’t have to wait very long for our food and when we got it, it was still hot. Nothing but great service so far.

They never get the order right. Always miss something even if it’s the sauce they ask you for. I didn’t get a receipt and I called in to the “manager” Noelle. She proceeded to cut me off, said that she offered me a refund when she didn’t and also claimed we were on the phone for 3 mins while it was 1min20 sec.. then told me to call corporate and hung up. This location lacks professionalism at every level. Go to BK or even the station next door because “Noelle” isn’t it. Such simple things that can be accounted for but to be treated this way is beyond.

Just got breakfast asked for side of eggs and I got a dipping sauce cup of eggs! Asked for cheese and sour cream was told my breakfast potatoes don’t come with them. Both employees working were extremely rude

Definitely a mess. The person in charge…while being focused on what they were trained to do……did not understand why their instructions were not welcome nor needed. Training to deal with dynamic situations is a must. Trust is needed between employee and employer.

Great customer service from Mikayla and the team of associates working this evening. We appreciate the level of attentiveness and care we received this evening after a long day of unfortunate events. Man this has to be the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to a few weeks back they were out of beef for the tacos and today I came in and they didn’t have tortillas idk how they can be so bad at keeping there store stocked with the basics

Another solid order from this new location. I’ve been here a few times since they’ve opened and they are the best location in the business. I am a frequent customer at locations all over the KC metro and this is the best one. From the quality, freshness and proportions to the kind staff, speed and execution, they are doing it all the right way. Big props to this staff. I typically order from there in the evenings/night. Other locations should model their system off of this location and Taco Bell corporate should take notice.
