Don’t stop here. Horrible service and food. Didn’t get a cookie for any of bbn our meals because they gave them out to people in place of biscuits. We asked if we could get a biscuit since they were now made and person in charge said no. Spent $45 for 3 people to eat. It was garbage! The bowls had crusty chicken, and little gravy. Tacos were mostly lettuce.

I ordered in the drive thru. I clearly ask the man do you have all chicken pcs he said yes we do I said wings legs thighs and breasts pcs right he said yes. The menu says $27.99 for 12 pcs family meal so he tells me my total now $39.** . So I get to the window and ask why the price difference he say $27.99 is for 12 pcs of chicken only you ordered the meal I said what wow ok so I pay. I get home my husband feeds my son and the rest of the chicken to me I said I’m not hungry. In the morning I go to get some chicken and there’s nothing but wings and legs and a thigh left in the bucket. KFC will be going out of business soon for price gouging poor service and bad workers

This place is horrible!!!!!!! I’m not happy at all. Trying to get a hold of a manager and they were rude. I’m calling their customer service as soon as I leave this review. I’m giving a one star only because it’s as low as I can go. I’m MAD AS A HORNET. Their restrooms are out of order and the place smells like a sewer. I was yelled at over a loud speaker from a lady behind the plexiglass window. Stale taco shell and greasy……. I’ll never visit this place again!!!!!!

Well A friend and I went to have a bite to eat for lunch. Upon arriving we tried entering the front door -locked. We continued on to the side door when a crew member hopped out of the car and had proceeded to inform us that they are not offering dine in services at this time. As well as letting us know that their computers were down at the time making this option unavailable. Crew member fast, friendly, and informative. I’m sure that I would have received excellent service from her.

I wish I would have got the gentlemans name who served me late evening 7/28/23. He was a rockstar!! I wish more people gave the service he gave. I realized when I got to the drive thru I had ordered pickup for another location. He was so patient and willing to help when I got to the window. He definitely deserves recognition!!!

Ordered a #8 crunchwrap supreme and comes with a supreme taco. I asked to replace the supreme taco with just a bean burrito. They replaced the crunchwrap supreme with a bean burrito, went right back there and showed them they said they cannot do that substitution and refused to fix THEIR error.

We walked thru the door of Taco Bell/KFC on Prospect near Research hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. I was heading towards the restroom to wash up to eat and loudly heard bathrooms closed, decided not to eat there, this is to unsanitary.

I promised myself to not patronize this in particular Taco Bell/Kentucky fried Chicken. I ordered 3 taco supreme, 2 soft shell chicken I was charged $19 I asked the server if that price was correct she said it was. Got home, looked at my receipt, I was charged two times for taco supreme. Even reading it back to me correctly she meant that the charge was correct. Gas cost too much for me to go back and forward. It’s not my fault they don’t have enough staff. If that’s the case close shop. I was too through. Yep I was very appalled Get the paper receiept pay attention to what they charge you as it don’t lie. EVERYONE IS OUT TO GET A LITTLE CHANGE HERE, THERE, EVERYWHERE
