This Taco Bell is very inconsistent, I had the cheese grilled taco (much like a birria taco) a week ago and was impressed at what Taco Bell made. I got it again today and the cheese wasn’t melted the taco was cold. It was not good at all. This one is a hit or miss, they are more consistent during lunch but today just wasn’t it. The consistency is tough. Flip a coin and you’ll see. Service is good though.

A bunch of dumb kids work here. I have pulled up several times to them hanging out in their friends cars probably smoking reefer. Then they immediately rush in to work. Just now I came. They said they were only taking online orders. I pulled around to the front to place an online order. They then turn off the open sign. It’s says their drive thru is open till 12am. These employees are costing the owner of this business money. This has happened before but first time I’ve attempted to immediately put in an online order after.

Don’t waste you money. Over the past several months my wife and I have tried them 3 times to see if they would improve. The hard shell tacos and chalupa shells are stale. The chalupa shell each time has been dry and very hard. The hard shell taco tasted like the shells were left out in the open air for three or four days. The service was fast, but we threw away 3/4 our meal. When you drop $20 on food you expect and deserve better. Go to the McDonald’s that is literally just up the block.

Ordered a nacho bell grande online and paid extra for add ons, got my food and none of the add one were there. I noticed this before I left and asked them to add the extra things (guac, onion, steak, black beans) seeing I paid for it. The drive thru lady was very annoyed after I politely asked them to fix my order. Damien the one who made my food, purposely tainted my food. when I got it back the order was still wrong he loaded it with onions and added cheese (I ordered it without cheese online). i would give this location zero stars if I could.

Embarrassingly disgusting food is handed out of this location. Ordered a mexican pizza and received a soggy bean tostada with cheese. I also ordered a beefy melt with no sour cream & extra beef. I got a tortilla full of sour cream, cheese, and rice. The teaspoon of meat was at the opposite end cold to the touch. Fortunately I got a refund
