I’ve been eating here consistently for 2 years now whenever I need food quick before heading to work. Through out those 2 years witnessing constant employee and management changes, ive only ever had 5 of my orders ever messed up, and those mess ups were so minimal that it doesn’t affect my outlook on the store. For the past 2 years every employee and manager I’ve talked to has been extremely friendly and caring, even under the most stressful rushes. They make sure to make everything correctly and will fix a mistake when needed.

From ordering my food to getting it took a little over 10 minutes. So much for fast food. Paid them my money and went home. I ordered two cheesy Gordita crunch tacos. They put so little sauce and NO lettuce or cheese on it, can it really be considered a taco at all? I would give zero stars if I could and will not be returning to this location. Photos below should show you how little I got for spending almost $10.

Took way too long. Taco shells were stale. One was so poorly wrapped the contents dumped before I got it out of the bag. No sauce, no napkins. Was not asked when handed the food. Dismissive attitude. A complete fail across the board.

This place is full of kids effin’ around. I waited 10 -13 mins on food when no one else was in line. My Mexican pizza tasted burnt and there was NO MEAT. The general manager is Chauna Sallers and she needs to get in and do damage control quickly. $18 gone down the drain! I wish she’d fire those kids that work nights on weekends and after 5 during the week.

Just waited 20 minutes past time order was supposed to be ready. Store nor drive thru busy, at all. Asked a manager about having to wait so long. She was putting stickers on a sign in the lobby. I was told “i’m not back there, how would I know what’s going on with your order” Told her I couldn’t wait any longer and she just went back to working with her pricing stickers instead of trying to figure out what the problem is. This place is such a joke.

I have some major opinions on this establishment. The food is sometimes great but sometimes they mess up or make your order wrong. This has happened on multiple occasions. This one time I went through the drive through and I had ordered food and drinks, as you do. And I pull up and they give me my drinks and receipt and smile as if I’m supposed to leave.. I just was confused and said we had some food to. Because i figured the woman forgot but she acted all confused like this was a strange request. She said “I know it’s coming” then LAUGHED. I was so embarrassed and felt dumb for thinking she had forgotten my food. When you give someone their receipt and drinks you don’t smile at them as if they are supposed to go, you should communicate that the food is coming. I ended up actually bawling after this because of a rough day. It made my day tougher. I legitimately started crying because of this experience and I’m not a overly emotional person and have never been shaken up like this. WOULDNT RECOMMEND. (except for the scrumptious baja blast)

This Taco Bell isn’t too bad. Would just be better if they would serve you hot food. We always go through the drive-thru here so I can’t tell you what the inside of this restaurant looks like. The service isn’t bad I just don’t think kids these days know how to smile.

They close early, especially their dining room. Don’t give their sauces when you order them and yell at you for their own mess ups. Don’t know how this “restaurant” is still open, they should all be fired. Had some 18 year old tell me he couldn’t figure out how to cook eggs when I ordered breakfast for pickup and couldn’t get me a refund, run by a bunch of people who don’t care and only want to close early

Half the food business model.! We ordered 40$ worth of food and weren’t full. 2 fit people and 2 kids! Every taco and, burrito, and Crunchwrap was a smear of the major ingredients followed by loads of lettuce to fill the void. Even the cheese cup for nachos was half full. Unbelievable. Fixed a frozen pizza to fill everyone up. Dont waste your time or money!
