Not sure what is is with the Taco Bell’s in Farmington but something is always not working or food is always wrong. I ordered at a Karsh location and their grills were down. They told me to go to w Columbia that they would honor it. When I called here to verify that the manager was sighing on the phone and annoyed with me for asking nicely if they would. Finally I got frustrated and hung up. The app wouldn’t allow me to cancel my original order and now I have to go through corporate to get a refund since she wouldn’t honor it even with an order confirmation. But she was extremely rude and upset and unprofessional

Was in there roughly 20 minutes waiting for someone to come up and take my order but not a single person would. The manager(blonde hair short female) was more concerned talking about her party and music then anything. Several employees seen me standing there waiting on someone and continued to not come up.

I’m giving the food a 3 but 20 minutes to get our order and a small order at that. Is everyone here on crack? Even the manager (especially the manager) seems to be a crack head. Definitely won’t order food here again. People standing around doing nothing talking about omg i need to get ahold of this person and that person. I need to smoke so bad not cigarettes obviously!!! Someone definitely needs to take over this store and leave the blonde out of it. was gonna dine in but took to long to get our food so when we asked for it to go they handed us a bag. never going back again

Went through the drive thru. Service was great. Food was made fresh. Only thing I took a star off for was nothing was marked so it was difficult to separate the different burritos we got. Other than that everything was good.

I LOVE this Taco Bell location on Columbia! Since we discovered the Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito, I am a regular for lunch. They already know my order when they see me. Every single worker at this location is friendly, makes me feel welcomed and they make the best burritos every time!!! They can enjoy each other’s company at work while still making yummy food in a timely manner! They are awesome!!

2nd Taco Bell in the area, which blows the life ther out of the water in all categories: food quality,service, and friendliness of staff. The nachos party pack with steak added instead of beef is awesome. Everything was good the nachos could have had a bit more cheese but otherwise good.
