Been going everyday for breakest. There’s one st. Charles rock rd. that’s closer to my work but it’s worth the extra 5 minute drive to come to this location off of olive.The workers on weekdays in the a.m. are quick and always make it right the first time! If they ask what type of sauce you want, they’ll actually put sauce in the bag. The taco bell off st. Charles Rock rd. and the one in house springs ask what sauce you want, then never put it in the bag, but since they ask I never check the bag until I’m already headed to work or home and can’t turn around.

When I walked in the person who was making my meal was having a discussion with the manager regarding who was Boss. The manager told him to clock out if he wanted. The burrito I ate had rice on it that was so hard I could barely chew it. I let the manager know that the food was not very good.

I passed through here on my way to Tennessee and I was told I couldn’t make 2 orders unless I went back through the drive thru. I also ordered a diet Baja blast and a regular one and they weren’t marked so my friend asked which was diet and the girl said you are going to have to taste them. Um why would I taste someone’s drink and expect them to want it. This happened 5/17 between 2 and 3pm. So unprofessional.

Every time I look up the Olivette Taco Bell on Google Maps it says the dining room is open. And every time I drive over there the dining room doors are bolted shut. If staffing shortages happen all the time, then the dining room should just be listed as permanently closed. Not everyone wants to wait in a drive-through line, stink up the planet w/tailpipe emissions and eat their lunch/dinner in an automobile or take it home for a (cold) meal.

Edit: this has happened three times in two months. This Taco Bell closes hours early with no warning. Workers are inside but won’t answer the drive through for 15+ minutes, or they say “we closed” at 10:00. Read their yelp reviews as this has been going on for years.

Average fast food. All ordering through computers. When I entered there weren’t any customers inside, and I pulled out my phone to take a photo of the interior. The Manager stopped me and said no photos inside were allowed. I explained I was a top Google reviewer and explained I had over 400 million views on Google Maps — she said no exceptions. But of course I complied with her request. So here’s a shot of the exterior.

Update 1-5-22. Since my fist review a while back the staff has been amazing and so friendly. Maybe it was just one person but think they are gone now. They work really hard at this location and the food is always excellent. This is a drivethru location only for the time being due to staff and Covid. Made this location 5 star now.
