Don’t order on Sunday night. They have a fake manager that will blatantly lie to your face about an order being made right. This looks like a taco supreme to him. Does it look like one to you?

We ordered the yellow bird nacho fries and they were amazing!! They also filled my quacamole cup full which is awesome!! The employees that served us were very friendly and got our order out quick and correctly.

Highly disappointed! I made a mobile order because I had a 40$ order, and working in food I know how it feels to see a large order. Knowing they make the food as you arrive I was hoping maybe they’d see it and begin early. I only live less than 10 minutes away. When I arrive, the line was out of the parking lot. Which is not their fault, but I chose drive thru pick up and it would not let me change. To be patient, I waited in this line for 20+ minutes. Finally got to the window and waited another 20 minutes. I understand my order had customizations, but I paid the money for this and it was not done properly. All of my tacos were glued to the paper and I could not eat them. I ordered around 2ish and didn’t get home until passed 3. I have to leave for work at 3:30 so I didn’t even get to eat my food. Only saw the disaster and an upset family because everyone’s food wasn’t right.

9 times out of 10 our order is never correct rolling through here. Just today we ordered potato soft tacos and got TWO/three pieces of potato in each one. I had more lettuce than potatoes. I ordered spicy potato tacos, not spicy lettuce tacos… it practically was all tortilla. Ratio of food is never accurate and we’ve been given other people’s orders on multiple occasions. Either hire new staff or fix the one you have!

They didn’t put any lettuce on any of my tacos (??), forgot to add any sauces on my for (that I paid extra for), forgot to give me utensils for my cheesy potatoes and no napkins or sauces that I had also ordered. When I asked for sauce they handed me 3. Worst Taco Bell ever.

Everything was horrible and items were forgotten. My 5 layer burrito was not put together correctly and everything else was so sloppy. I tried to call to have them redo the stuff and the phone line was disconnected. I tried to go in to have them fix it because the drive thru was 15 cars long and if I waited my family’s food would have gotten cold but the doors were locked. Pevely and Festus taco bell are truly the worst.

Loved this location they messed up my order but the crew was very respectful and understanding. They even gave my free food because of it and added a slishie. Overall would recommend had a pleasant experience.

They never once have gotten my order correct. Chicken Chipotle melts had only 2 or 3 pieces of chicken in them. I always have to go inside to have them correct my order.
