This Taco Bell is one of the ones I know will make my food right. Granted I usually went for lunch time, and nights can be tougher, but my experiences at this one have been so positive. Especially the people at the window and the order takers. They are always so cheerful and polite!! And my order is never wrong there. Thanks guys!

A year ago, I would have given this place a Zero…. The manager that ran Ballwin took over and turned this place upside down. This the BEST TACO BELL in the whole damn country. She is the best manager ever . Thank you for giving Ellisville a GREAT restaurant

Foods usually good but there’s no chance in hell your order will be right. Last 3 times I have been there they have shorted me 6 to 12 dollars worth of food. My order for a family of six usually costs 65 bucks.

April 4th, 2023. I went like 20 minutes ago for lunch with a group of friends. And they messed up my order. I order 3 soft tacos supreme, spicy potato tacos and a beefy melt burrito. And I got 3 normal soft tacos, a soggy burrito and spicy potato taco had like 4 sad looking potato pieces. They didn’t even give me my receipt when I asked for it so I couldn’t even fix my order even if I wanted too. And my tacos were like glued to the paper because it was also soggy.

Inside closed due to no workers. Drive thru was nice but the food was poorly built and about half of what you should have received. I have never seen a Chalupa with almost nothing in it. Will never go back to this location!

My boyfriend and I have been to this Taco Bell a lot, and while it used to be awful every time, we just had the best experience in a drive thru in years. Checked the receipt for his name, Dandre was the one who took our order and served us. He was kind, warm, professional, and friendly. We also noticed he checked our bag and was counting items to ensure everything was good. He picked up on my boyfriends vibe and matched it to make us more comfortable. Told us to have a great day in a way that felt genuine. We never write reviews, and certainly not for fast food, but we really were impressed with Dandre and the progress this location has made.
