I’m a doordashe4 and I picked up a order and part of our verification is the making sure the food matches the exact order that’s on my phone wich I did right down to the last hot sauce packet I verified it andborder number wich I fully verified after I dropped off the order I got another order from the same taco bell so I go to pick it up and this unprofessional employee got all rude with me saying I picked up the wrong order I told her no I verified it was correct by the receipt she said no she had to remake that order again this isn’t my first time running into this problem so I asked for the manager she said she is the manager and has been since 29 years now and never seen me before I find it odd cuz this is my first time seeing her and I been a doordaher for 3 years now either way last time this happened they gave me the same name on the order but it didn’t match my receipt on my phone so I pointed that out and they had to fix it i think this restaurant has a tough time paying attention to double orders sometimes the customer can forget somthing and add it later in the app for another dasher to pickup its not the dashers fault the employees are lazy abd dont want to pay attention

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is usually ready in less than 2 minutes and very tasty. They could use more organic, locally grown options. As far as the sitting area, it was clean and ready for customers. There are plenty of choices when it comes to beverages. They have a self ordering tablets, in case there is a long line.

I went through the drive thru on June 19, 2021. I ordered 2 chupulas and two Doritos locos tacos. The service was fast however when we got home and opened the chulapas up to add sauce the meat was non existent on each of these . Same with the tacos . These are mostly lettuce and shells .
