Really enjoyed my spicy rice soft taco!?! Yeah you read that right. Had to make it with rice because staff can’t be bothered to make a sign that their fryers are down. Also, can’t be bothered to read where it clearly says no lettuce. Additional update: only thing right was the drink, which I did myself.

I go here a lot after work, and everyone is so incredibly nice. The food is always fresh and I don’t have to wait very long to get it. My daughter loves this Taco Bell also.

My previous review was a positive one. But today I ordered a number 6 with no tomato. I asked for nacho cheese on my chalupas. They were disapointing to say the least. There was barely any chicken in these, honestly they were barely filled at all. This is the only bad experience I have had from this location. The only reason I didn’t bring the food back is because I live 20 minutes out of Effingham.

Rude for no reason. Went there one night after work. Had three orders. Told him to put it in separate bags. When we realized he didn’t. Blow the horn and ask for another bag. He roll his eyes and slam the drive through window. We will never go there again. Effingham illinois location.

I work 2nd shift and it’s the only option I have that is open and between shifts. Breakfast rocks and the only competition (outside Wendy’s) is my kitchen. You are convenient, but your drive thru & kitchen staff have treated me exceptionally well. I want to personally thank them with the only regret of not knowing names. But, to be fair, I’m terrible with names; I recognize faces.

Mgr. Was very rude because I ordered a chess bean and rice burrito. The picture beside it shows beef, rice, chess& bean. What i got didn’t include beef. I return it because that was what I wanted. She got rude at that point.
