Went there around noon in drive through. Repeated order two times. Still did not get it right when done. The two tacos I was shorted was not charged but wish order was correct. They did say tacos would take 15 minutes to get. Not sure how tacos take 15 minutes but at least they told me. I accepted it because I wanted tacos and you can’t get out of drive through once in it. Employees were very nice and food was good. Just wish I could get an order I want. Has happened many times before. No problems anywhere in troy for correct copy of order or leaving once in ordering drive through.

I work later and sometimes I’m incredibly hungry when I get off. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is so nice, food always tastes fresh, and I don’t have to wait long at all. Whatever this store is doing, they are doing it right!

Went to the Taco Bell in Troy Il, The staff is clueless. The Manager Johnny and three employees for 30 minutes could not figure out how to process an order. It’s scary how incompetent the clueless treat performs. Had to leave without an order because they could not figure out how to enter the order from Taco Bell’s mobile app.

Always super fast and accurate. I almost always get a cheesy gordita crunch without spicy ranch and they have NEVER failed me. It seems super simple but other places mess up on that like 35% of the time. I work near this location so I visit frequently. Super impressed!
