Food was good, like any other Taco bell I guess. But when we walked in the girl behind the counter told us to use the kiosk, she wasn’t taking orders. Pretty sure that’s what they get paid for. Anyway, one of us wanted to use cash. So he ordered, then had to go to the counter to pay. She got all pissy because she had to stop talking to another employee. Anyway, food was good, the hired helped needs work.

Huge hit or miss, this one. Sometimes you’ll go, and they’ll be out of basic things, like soda or flatbread. I want you to read that again. No soda means no Baja Blast. No flatbread means you can get tacos or burritos, but not chalupas or gorditas. That’s half of the menu, folks.

Attempted to order via the kiosk, but it doesn’t allow for substitutions on the quesadilla, we just didn’t want the spicy sauce and to make it with regular cheese . Girl behind the counter told me to pack sand and that she wouldn’t take my order at all and the kiosk was the only way. I have been ordering quesadillas like this for years and this location and crew lead was absolute trash. She got super loud in front of a bunch of other customers. I had numerous other customers tell me they always have problems at this location and to go to the other one down the street. Shameful!

I am currently sitting in the drive-thru. Been here since 10:45pm. It is now 11:28pm. Each car sits at the speaker for at the very least, 5mins before even being acknowledged. I am only still waiting because I ordered online and it has already been paid for. I completely understand short staffing, but this isn’t it.

Went for the Volcano tacos, barely any lava sauce on the tacos. I got more sauce from the hot sauce packet!! Very disappointing. The other location was out of lava sauce, and I had to sub in the jalapeno sauce. Come’on Taco Bell, do better.

DO NOT COME HERE! Literally any other taco bell in the area is better than this one; if you place a mobile order for pickup inside there’s a good chance they’ll be locked. You may think to hit the drive thru line like you would at any other restaurant this might happen at. Well, after 30+ minutes waiting in the slowest line ever they’ll simply say they can’t find your order. Press them and they may find it, but tell you to get out of the line you waited so long in and come to the door to get it. Pay extra to upgrade to a large drink or included hot sauce in the order? Nope they’re out of those, so be happy with a medium drink without any compensation for the upcharge you paid.
