We door dashed them one night and ordered 5 items. Got the meal and had 3 items and all were wrong. We called them and even though courteous offered to replace the food but we had to come get it or pay for door dash again. Doesn’t see quite right when you can’t get the order correct. Double checking is a necessity. Customer service is a must!!

The Charleston, IL Taco Bell is SO much better than the Mattoon location. This TB location is always super fast in the drive thru line, and have the best employees. They’re super friendly and give me great customer service! That’s why I keep coming! The worker Jen is top tier! Highly recommend 🙂

Good food and very helpful manager. Wife accidentally orderd on-line from Mattoon Taco Bell and I went to Charleston ‘s ♂️. Asked for manager and she was very understanding and quick to help. She had my order in and I was walking out the door in 3 min.

Not hiring people bc they have tattoos is very judgmental and discriminating. Some of the people that work there look like they havent took a shower in a week but you care about tattoos? I’d rather have someone with tattoos and clean hands make my food than a filthy person’s hands. You should be ashamed of yourself.

The food was good and fresh. The restaurant was clean and orderly. The staff seemed off put and didn’t even speak to us. The seating was the worst. Those chairs are the most god awful uncomfortable chairs.

Had the breakfast menu up at 6pm. I Asked if they had the natcho box anymore because the menu was not changed. The person was rude she seemed to get mad at me for me asking a simple question. Was at the drive thru for 10mins. Repeating my self over and over. She says I thought you was talking to someone else. Who else would I be ordering food from at a drive thru window. The people in front of me just drove off after trying to order.

How yall gonna charge me .80 per chalupa because I asked for beef instead of chicken. Is this a joke.its bs. Is what it is. Not to mention the air is on in the diningroom and it 20 degrees outside. Why because they dont want customers sitting in the diningroom less they have to clean. Sadly Spending 26.00 on 2 value meals getting charged extra for a meat substitute because I don’t eat chicken.
