Fast friendly service. Boy let me tell ya they did not disappoint with the 24 Supreme tacos we ordered. Usually with an order like that the tacos aren’t assembled very well, but these guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend!

We had a very large order of 2 taco boxes. They seemed slow when we pulled up but a line quickly formed. Best tacos from taco bell we’ve had in a long time and quick friendly customer service.

Food was good. Did not appreciate the staff making fun of us as they handed us food. They all were laughing and taking turns coming up to counter and when guy came up and handed us food said enjoy you food lincoln. Which is funny because I’m sure he meant washington because they were making fun of my hair. You should study your American history.

Ordered a vegetarian burrito directly from the kiosk, and nachos without the beef, to go. Upon checking, found beef on the nachos and meat in the burrito. Very bothersome for a vegetarian, more than just an inconvenience. Took it back and the manager didn’t recognize the menu item that comes without meat. She remade the order with bad grace, incorrectly again but at least without the meat, and when I tried to show her the menu item on the kiosk, she became offensive, started swearing at me, told me not to come back. Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Due to one person of course, perhaps who had had a bad day, but even so… This is not typical but deserves reporting. Reported it to Taco Bell, no response.

As an introvert, I love the touchscreen order menus now. Even when I’m taking out, I would rather use them than actually socialize with a human being. I’ll park by the door, place my order then wait for them to call my name. Love it!

No complaints about the food. They are actually pretty good with making custom orders. Don’t expect a smile or a thank you.

The owners of the Danville, IL franchise Taco Bell resturaunts upcharge 50% higher prices than Taco Bell national brand advertises. I’m done with the greed. A large pizza or 2 1/4 Lb cheeseburgers are cheaper than a single Cravings box combo now.

Received absolutely no sauces with my 12 pack taco order, even though they were on the receipt. Manager on duty was very rude, and refused to do anything other than make me drive 20 miles back to get sauces, he refused to replace my order (it would be cold by the time I returned home), when asked to provide the district managers phone number/name, he also refused.

Fast food done right. Some TBs skimp on ingredients or miss them entire. This one did it perfect.
