Counter worker wouldn’t look at me and mumbled her words. Gave me back wrong change because she shut the drawer. Put my to go order on the counter and didn’t even call out my name. I had to check bag to make sure it was my order.

Champaign / Urbana Taco Bells are consistently charging a way higher price for the cravings boxes / other menu items when compared to all surrounding taco bells in the area. I have decided to not eat at the taco bells in this area until they stop taking advantage of the already broke college students on campus

There was a dead cockroach by the drink station. I told the worker about it and she told me it wasn’t a cockroach. I don’t see a way to post this picture I took, but it was definitely a dead cockroach. This location is NASTY…. nasty food, nasty attitudes, nasty environment. Never coming here again..

Picking up the DD order, a girl working the drive-thru told me someone picked up the order. I said ok and pull up in the parking to call DD. DD calls and the girl said we got the order. I drive back around and let them hear the girl lying and be rude. They cancel the order for me and paid me.

Customer service has been bad for a while, they jacked up prices, and stopped serving breakfast at this location. The online box is now $9 and I can’t get breakfast anymore, so I definitely won’t be coming anymore.
