Always polite, quick and correct! No issues. I do typically order ahead in the app. Drive-thru workers always very nice and smiling.

Friendly staff and fast service. I love me some taco bell… But this location seems to be lite on the serving sizes. Also very heavy on any sauce that is on an item. And it’s hit or miss that if you order 2 items with one different from the other, both are somehow incorrectly made.

Took 20 minutes to get food to dine in. They didn’t give us our drinks either. When I tried to ask why such a delay the female cut me off and said to ” not put that weight on her.” No idea why she got so defensive when the customer waited 20 minutes before asking. At that point requested a manager and the female said she was the manager. At that point I explained that is her job “to take the weight” when a customer is not happy with the service. She then ignored me and took NO accountability. Sad this is the person that Taco Bell calls a manager. They are definitely hard up for employees if that is acceptable. For future reference IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Stopped going here after a string of bad experiences. 9/10 times they got our order wrong or an item was missing. After three bouts of getting sick, we finally stopped going. The inside is usually dirty and not stocked. The conditions there seem a little unsanitary. We now go to the location in Normal without any hiccups. Would drive to the other location if you have time to spare.

They are trying to copy chick fil a’s drive thru system. They now walk up to your car and present you with only a portion of the menu. They should stick with the system they had because the new system is terrible and unoriginal. Took longer than usual to place an order.

Better Taco Bell in town. Mexican pizza oil at both locations seems to be going downhill again. They appear to come shipped already being pre fried meaning the problem is upstream. Hopefully they don’t let it go like last time where it got rancid. Manufacturering needs to swap oil more often.

Service was fast and friendly. The girl that gave us our food even had a smile on her face…which is rare nowadays. The food went down fine. However, both my roommate and I got sick from it. Raging diarrhea, coughing, headaches, etc. So I will not be coming back to this establishment.

Scrap the remote ordering at the drive thru. Slower than at the screen and you still have to stop at the screen to repeat how you are paying. STUPID way to do things.
