It’s been a long time since I ate inside at Taco Bell but this Morton location was nice and quiet. I noticed when I came inside that they had a kiosk where we could place our order so that was nice, quick and easy too. Our order was 100% correct and the employees were nice and friendly. There were some leftover remains in the restroom sink but other then that it was clean.

I stopped in for breakfast around 8:30 am while passing through on Saturday November 26, 2022. The Crunchwrap and hashbrown both were really good. The employees were friendly and the dining area was clean.

Good service when we walked in. Excellent food quality and packaging. The mens restroom is in need of some significant mopping. The soap dispenser was broken and the temporary “Softsoap” dispenser was empty.

Normally I don’t go to Taco Bell, probably one of my last choices. But they have good tacos. The crunchy ones are my favorite. They have a combo of 3 and a drink that costs $7 and some change and it’s a little something I get for lunch before work.

I love the “build your own” option for their burritos and tacos now that they have kiosks for ordering at. I have always liked Taco Bell for some quick Mexican comfort food cravings fixes, but is better still now that it’s easy to customize the toppings. The service here has always been very friendly and quick.

First off I ordered door dash at 11:30 and then pressed pick up , when I get there the doors where closed and mind you I showed up at 11:35 when the sign on the door says that the store closes at 12am or later . Then I proceeded to walk through the drive way because the doors were not open so I showed the person working at the door and mind you the first person I talked to was kind I didn’t catch her name but she had red hair and she was very kind and said that the order has not just come in yet so I waited 10 minutes and then talked to her again and she said that I could just order from the drive through , but when I went to order threw the drive through the manager of the store that was working who was very rude and swore at me and denied that i had ordered even though i showed them my order conformation , she then proceeded to say that i wasn’t aloud to order even though they were still open she was very rude and unkind and i would consider firing her or lowering her from the position that she had and make the kind woman with the red hair up to manager . ps the food was also not even good after waiting 30 minutes and i am overall very disappointed with the service , quality and food that came through the store .
