Ordered Taco Bell online and received one thing from my order, we had it delivered to our home too so had to drive 15 minutes to go get new food, the other items in our order we had received (a cravings box) was super cold by time we got the rest of our food AN HOUR LATER! Manager was nice but the workers were absolutely terrible and incompetent. How do you just forget nearly everything on an order when it’s printed on the order receipt that you seal on the outside of the bag after you pack it??? Will not be going back to this location. Wasted my gas and patience, absolutely ridiculous!

I’ve been ordering here off and on for the last few years, and I always leave disappointed. I still come back when the family wants a quick taco Tuesday because it’s on the way home. I can say I’m done. Ive been ordering online to take advantage deals, and I’ve not had a single order correct from this location in the last two years. There’s not one single mistake to look out for, it’s multiple issues. the one that I am displeased with the most is when the staff does not check to see if all the food ordered has been delivered before they hand you your order. I hate to think of the amount of things I’ve paid for and not received from this location.

I ordered a soft shell no lettuce of course it wasn’t right and then I ordered a beefy melt burrito and didn’t even get. Didn’t get any of the hot sauce I asked for. Why did they even ask if you want sauce and then don’t give it out. It’s always something at this Taco Bell. Guess I gotta make sure the orders are right before I leave. I hate leaving bad reviews but this has happen to many times at this Taco Bell.

I’m a night owl and I’ve visited this Taco Bell location quite a few times since I’ve been back in town, particularly because of their late night hours. These people are very friendly and even have got to know my sauce habits, as well! The food is always hot and delicious. And if you haven’t placed an order through their app, give it a try!

From what I can tell the staff working the line had troubles reading the monitor with orders on it and failed to expedite the orders in a timely manner, they had to call their Manager or Assistant manager/lead to come in and straighten it all out as we waited in the drive through for about 30 minute’s for our food. Unfortunately it left a bad impression on their commitments on quality and speed for customer satisfaction.
