I went through the drive through, received our order to find out our order was incorrect, we placed an order for all chicken but needless to say they gave us beef! Not to mention there is an upcharge for chicken. We called and went back through the drive through, they took the incorrect food back?? Are they serving it to another customer, after we opened it up and touched it to find out it was incorrect! No apologies given and I did the survey and contacted corporate and never received a response. Terrible customer service and a lack of professionalism because it was the manager who took the incorrect order from us. They need to be more attentive to the orders received and given, and be more professional!! You are good as your leadership! Save yourself time and money…do not patronize this location!!

Never went wrong going to a Taco Bell. Same food, different locations. Tastes pretty much the same everywhere. Not sure why, but the Chicken Power Bowl wasn’t up to par. But still a good choice for the night without spending $20+ for 2 people. Tx, Taco Bell

I would prefer the app. Just order it and pick it up in the store. They are pretty cool and quick with your order. Never had an issue. Ok really do like them. Also it’s old school love. The honor system. Also they have not messed up my order. I would prefer most people choose this opportunity.

I always loved coming here never had any issues until yesterday that I ordered 5 doritos tacos 2 steak quesadillas . Got home and I noticed they had only gave me 2 tacos so I went back and I told the ladies that were working that they forgot 3 of my tacos they all acted like I was lying and they kept saying they gave me 2 bags when they only gave me one …never apologized for getting my order wrong either next time check ur cameras ladies ..they just lost a loyal customer and BTW I also ordered the Cinnabon ice coffee purely thycrap !

Eveytime we go to this location, my husband and I have problems. We always order for a mobile pickup but we end up waiting longer than the customers who order at the speaker.It’s not fast at all. We went there last night and it was the worst. We ordered through the app for a mobile pickup like usual. We get to the window and they tell us to pull around. So we do, we’re sitting in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes. The lady comes out with a bag but we try to tell her that’s not all our food. She proceeds to tell us that it is. Sure enough we check it and it’s not our order.We were missing like 4 items from our order. We try to go up to the door but they won’t help us. They tell us to go back in line which is now like 5-6 cars. We pull up to the speaker and tell the lady that we’re missing items from our order. She gets someone else for us to talk to because apparently it’s too difficult to figure out how to help us. So we tell the guy what we’re missing and he tells us that he made everything and to hold on. He talks to the staff and tells us to pull up to the window. When we pull up to the window, they take our order back and tell is to pull back around to the mobile pickup lane. So here we are waiting for another 10 minutes waiting for our food that we ordered like 20 minutes ago now. So the same lady brings out our food . We check it and it’s still not right but I’m so tired and our kids are getting fussy in the back seat, I didn’t care anymore. But I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint.

Horrible experience. Myself and my 3 children and mother in law were given food poisoning as I called to inform the restaurant manager she quickly jumped to the assumption I wanted my money back and asked for a receipt mind your this restaurant has hardly ever given me a receipt but I did explain to her my order exactly how it was extra ice in the drink and everything and her response was after telling me she was the manager to call back at 10am to speak to the manager ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ I didn’t want my money bk they can keep the $31 and some change I wanted them to know they made my kids sick and myself mind you I’m 8 months pregnant with a high risk pregnancy so yes this was a bit concerning for me and I believe anyone else would’ve felt the same way!
