The employees are always nice, the food is always subpar but what is irritating the most is no matter what you will wait atleast 5 minutes.. I always order online and can be the only one in line at the drive thru but they always make you pull up or pull to the side to wait.

I usually don’t post reviews on fast food restaurants unless something happens because it’s a fast food restaurant u get what u get. But, this Taco Bell was one of the worst I’ve been too. They gave me my food in a reasonable amount of time. But, in the process of me waiting to get my mobile order they were playing rap music in the back LOUDLY with customers in the store & we could clearly hear it. Sayin N word this F that. I’m like are you serious. I told the lady up front. I said you know we can hear that. She’s like oh. I’ll tell them to turn it down. Not off jus down. That was totally unacceptable.

Last 3 times I’ve gone have been underwhelming. Used to be best and faster Fast food in town. Now little filling, next to no meat, and super slow. Items like the Quesarito are online order only and can’t order at the window, thats really dumb, im right here let me buy it.

I bought two steak chalupa’s , and I am highly disappointed. I know every location is different but my god.they packed it with lettuce & tomatoes making me assume it was done right. These guys on night shift are stingy with the steak. All I can taste is the breading. Smh..do better please

Ok people. Lives in Rochelle for 5 years now. Went to Taco Bell here since I’ve lived here. I’ve been having a big problem with the night crew. Around 9-10pm. It first started with them messing up 2 5$ boxes. Went inside to complain. Told them food was freezing cold and was not what I ordered. The night manager picked up my taco stuck his finger in my taco and told me I can keep the food just apply for a refund online if you want. Nasty. Now just went back a few days ago to pick up an online order. They told me there systems were down and you need to come back later. I couldn’t wait all night. Then I checked the app and it said I picked up my order which I have not picked it up. 5 days later and I can’t get a refund. If I could rate this location a 0 I would. This is the worst Taco Bell ever. Fire everyone and hire people who want to work. Ridiculous.

Nothing special at all, it’s like any other Taco Bell as far as i’m concerned. A good stop for lunch, the food is okay and being close to the highway makes it very convenient when traveling. Also the lobby is a tad small, it only seats 24.
