Completely messed up my order. Ordered a craving box and a #10 and ended up with three Doritos locos tacos and one nacho fries instead. They would not answer the phone when I tried calling back. It’s late and I don’t have time to drive back out there tonight so I just wasted over $20 on BS. Thanks for nothing taco bell.

Horrible service!!! Used to be my favorite taco bell but I’ll never eat here again! Ordered 3 chicken chipotle melts and was told it would be a few mins, waited 10 mins, told me to wait by the door. Fine. Lady comes out and says it’s going to take 24 mins!!! So I asked for a refund and am still currently waiting 15+ minutes by the door. Wasted my time and money here. I understand what it’s like to be short staffed and work in fast food but this is beyond ridiculous! Don’t stay open late if you can’t handle a few drive thru orders. FOOD WAS TERRIBLE, I PUT THE FOOD IN THE GARBAGE, THE BEAN BURRITO HAD A VERY NASTY DIRTY BURNT TASTE, THE FOOD WAS NOT AT THE CORRECT TEMPERATURE, I AM THINKING ABOUT CALLING THE HEALTH INSPECTORS, THE PLACE WAS NASTY, The heavy set young man with the dred locs was rude and dismissive when I spoke to him, he even rolled his eyes. Horrible service came here tonight and ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and one came cut with 5 pieces the other came in 2 pieces and order 2 sour creams on the side only got one with enough for 1 piece off the quesadilla and got charged for it horrible Taco Bell

Unfortunately they didn’t have the taco pizza I wanted, so I ordered the steak quesadilla. Got that baby and it was hot! I’ve never gotten any item from any taco bell cooking hot as the quesadilla I got today!!!! Drive thru associates were very pleasant and friendly!!

Ordered via app, went to drive up, nobody answered, so I drove up to the window. Worker was in the kitchen ignoring me. Then went to walk in but the door was locked despite the sign on the door saying open. The only car in the parking lot was this one parked in the handicapped spot. Brand new Taco Bell already hiring bust out workers who don’t work while being open and park in the handicapped spot.
