Went Sunday Night Memorial Weekend 130ish after the kids talked me into it! Headsets seemed to go out after they asked me to please hold for a moment so impatient people started going around as I was waiting for them to come back and take my order. Finally I just pulled up in line behind them did an online order since they started making these window orders for these people. Great customer service for a bad situation! By the time it was our turn at the window we had about 5mins more waiting grabbed our drinks and off we went!

I order from these people and every time they keep getting my order wrong. First time they forgot to give me cheese sauce, second time they forgot to give me a taco, and now just recently they forgot to give me a taco supreme. Just go to Taco Bell in Darien instead yall

Zero customer service. We waited 20mins for food in the drive through after that lady told us your order didnt go through. She didnt check the screen and after few mins she found our online order. She made us to come through the line again for the food.

Never go through the drive thru. On 5/23/23 it took 20+ minutes to pick up an TB app order via drive thru. I was passed by over 2 dozen cars. The guy at the drive up window said they were filling app orders for lobby pickup…and ignoring the driveup.

It was great for a while, but the pandemic really took this store down hard. Lately the speaker screen which shows how they are taking down your order had been conveniently broken so the order is always wrong. The employees don’t care and it definitely shows. UPDATE 7/17/23: Worse still. Never seen a more poorly run restaurant.

when i come here at night (usually around 10pm) they say they’re closed only one time was i served past 9pm and i think it’s because a manager was there. they’re supposed to close at 1am so idk the deal about that?
