Frequently go to this location on the weekends for breakfast and their food quality and service is always on point. The staff is very friendly. Location is clean. I’m a vegetarian and often customize the food to remove meat. They’ve never messed it up. My favorite taco bell in the area. So glad they opened up this location.

Franchises are so quick to close an established location for a new one. Build another, and miss the details of hiring fully trained staff. Not to mention the importance of having a trained manager or supervisor on site at all times, until you have a trained crew. It appears all that’s needed is to know how to work the register. My basic question was met with an “I don’t know.” She didn’t understand my question RE: the “CRAVING BOX either.” It’s so disappointing.

Got delivery and my large freeze was completely melted, I don’t even live far enough for a freeze to melt all the way during the drive. Best advice: make the freezes/drinks VERY LAST when making a carryout or delivery order.

Sent the boyfriend here, he literally just returned with a cherry freeze that had a long black hair stuck UNDER the lid. Like it’s in my freeze, under the lid and hanging out the cup. No longer hungry and won’t be back.

Employee went outside to grab garbage and went right back in to work the drive thru without changing his gloves. No possible way he washed his hands and changed gloves in 5 seconds. Won’t be back needless to say lol
